8. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability in ways not permitted under UK law.

Bonus funds in dormant accounts are forfeited in line with the standard 30-day wagering window regardless of account activity status.

14. Severability

If any individual provision within these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
